How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka we deliver within 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online card payments via Stripe. Available options are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Sign in and go to My Account → Orders to see the live status of every order. We also send updates through notifications.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
